Since then she has built up a range of experience and skills using models such as: Johari Window, Transactional Analysis - including TA Drivers and GROW amongst others. She has experience in assessment and development, negotiation, recruitment, performance management, leadership training and behavior change.

Adrian is an actor / facilitator with over seven years’ experience working in the corporate and community sector, using his skills and experience to engage groups and explore positive behavioural change. As an actor he has an ability to informally extract information from delegates enabling him to create realistic and grounded characters that provide a solid platform to explore and develop skill. As a facilitator Adrian previously spent four years working within the Criminal Justice System using role-play and active group work as a vehicle to explore behavioural change and positives steps towards rehabilitation. He now uses active group work as an explorative tool to understand cognitive behavioural theory, how we think, feel and ultimately behave. This style has been extremely useful in training that has involved having difficult conversations, preparing for 1-1 sessions, delivering feedback and team-building. Lawrence has been a professional actor for over 31 years. His speciality is his ability to create different characters becoming almost unrecognisable from one role to the next. Based in Johannesburg, he has extensive experience performing in both corporate and industrial theatre. The skill required for this type of educational performance is generally an ability to change character without leaving the stage, as well as interacting with audiences. He is also responsible for writing the industrial theatre per brief, which ensures that the messaging is specific to the needs of the client.
Lawrence has written more than 40 industrial theatre pieces. He has performed in 35 television series in South Africa. He has also performed for the BBC, NBC, the American Starz network, both French and German TV networks and is currently filming on season 3 of Outlanders.

Following that, Sharaz opened up a business for FTSE 100 company (ICAP) in Dubai, he is currently Senior Executive Officer for EDF Man Dubai managing a multi-million dollar business focusing on financial derivatives.

She is a qualified Movement Therapist and is pursuing a PG diploma in ‘Theatre for Education and Social Transformation’ from Shiv Nadar University. She was director of the Youth and Culture programme at Society for Labour and Development, where she now serves on the Board.
Shena has led a number of theatre and movement-based workshops across a variety of groups – she has worked with marginalized communities, corporate professionals, school and college students and performance artists. She is a trainer with Syngrity Consultants, a company that specializes in experiential learning.
Mohit is a successful entrepreneur turned investor. Chairman of Teamwork Arts, which produces the Jaipur Literature Festival and several arts festivals, he also established India’s first successful snack food brand, Crax. He sits on the boards of a number of charities and corporate bodies. He has co-founded NGOs in the Himalaya, and Nukkad, an initiative with Delhi’s street children, now operating as Salaam Baalak Trust. An actor, mountain-lover, long-distance runner, and tri-athlete, he now supports start-ups with investment and mentoring.
From salesman to board strategist, Mohit has functioned at every level of the corporate hierarchy, with hands-on experience of sales, marketing, and mergers and acquisition (M&A). As an active investor and investment advisor, he has a keen sensitivity to financial and equity markets. His current focus is on helping young entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
